This program will be temporarily shut down starting June 1, 2023 through July 31, 2023. We will open back up on August 1, 2023 for the 2023-2024 academic year (orders cannot be placed until August 1 or later). This gives us the needed time to restock damaged items, order new items, and conduct quality control checks in preparation for the upcoming year -- we appreciate your understanding.

COST

There is no cost in renting our items – unless items are not returned, returned damaged, or linen is returned dirty (see below).

 

CC/PG  

In order to rent from us, a valid ASU CC and PG number must be provided in advance. If a made-up CC and/or PG number is provided, the booking will be automatically cancelled. There is no cost to renting our items and this simply acts like insurance – it will only be used if items are not returned, returned damaged, or linen is returned dirty.

 

LINEN

If renting linen, you have two options regarding cleaning:

You will be asked for your linen cleaning choice when you checkout. If you accidentally leave this blank, we will assume you are returning clean.

 

DAMAGED AND MISSING INVENTORY

If the inventory is returned damaged, meaning unusable and needing replacement, you will be responsible for the replacement value. If the items are never returned you will be charged the replacement value. Not returning items and not following up with payment for charges will prevent you renting from us in the future.

 

INVENTORY PICKUP

Your order will be pulled, packaged and labeled one business day prior to your "from date" on your order packing slip. You are welcome to pick up your order starting as early as 9:00 a.m. on your "from date" and you can pick up as late as 5:00 p.m. Your order can be picked up at The Brickyard on Mill, 699 S Mill Ave, Tempe AZ 85281.

Once you arrive to the 6th floor, please visit the front desk for directions.

 

INVENTORY RETURN

All items are required to be returned by the day you selected. We have at minimum six orders a week and delayed returns prevent us from fulfilling other upcoming orders.

All items are to be returned to the same place you picked them up and can simply be put on the large counter in the events area. When returning items, they must be in the same condition you borrowed them in. This means all items put back into their original packing, nothing damaged, and everything stain free.

 

STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS

Student organizations are welcome to rent out items for ASU events – but you must provide your advisor’s information and provide a valid CC/PG in order to do so.
